A pet store unlike any other

Today, more than 50 years after opening, our unique pet & aquarium centers bring a timeless one-of-a-kind, zoo-like retail experience inspiring visitors to properly care for and fall in love with animals all over again. But beyond showcasing our exhibits and animals, we are transforming what it means to be a pet store.

Our mission is to inspire and provide the best pet care products needed for the health and happiness of the pets who have captured our families hearts forever.

We inspire

With over 300 displays and exhibits between our three stores, we share a passion and deep love for the animals and pets which make up our homes and planet. They fascinate us and inspire us in a way that makes us feel protective and caring. Through our animals and incredible exhibits – visitors come and fall in love with animals all over again.

We care, act and educate

Pets teach us valuable life lessons like responsibility, trust, compassion, respect and patience. Whether it’s setting up your first aquarium or adding a ferret to your family, our staff takes the time to teach and educate new pet owners about how to properly nurture and care for their new pet.

We provide

Over the past ten years, as our pets have evolved into family members, the pet food and pet supply industry has skyrocketed. We know you want the highest quality pet products for a reasonable price. We provide over 20,000 carefully selected items in our stores and we offer a shopping experience the big-box retailers can’t.

Reflecting on our first 50 years, our original vision still stands: Our Pet & Aquarium Centers will continue to inspire, educate, and provide families across the Upper Valley region with a refreshed love for the fascinating animals that make up our planet and homes. By providing the products that are needed, educating families on proper pet care, and creating an experience resembling that of a zoo or aquarium, a visit to our stores has infused a lifetime of memories in thousands of kids and visitors all across the Upper Valley

Our purpose-driven work takes a strong team to care for all of our animals and exhibits and create a welcoming environment for all our visitors. Connecting students to animals

Over the years we have had hundreds of students visit our pet stores on a field trip - free of charge. We're dedicated to giving young learners an opportunity to wonder and be inspired by the animal world in an environment where they can learn, have fun and discover a newfound connection to animals and pets.
